Image in a Hurry is a fast image browser and export utility for iPhoto. Image in a Hurry can open iPhoto libraries with thousands of images in just seconds and give you quick access to browse, select, resize and recompress your images.
Need to resize and recompress a couple of images for an email or a presentation? Need to find that one great picture but don't need to wait while iPhoto sets up it's advanced feature set? Image in a Hurry is designed just for this, often allowing you to set all the options and perform your export without even picking up the mouse.
Requirements:
Image in a Hurry requires MacOS 10.2 or greater and iPhoto 2.0. As of this release there is no
way to select an iPhoto library in other than the default location. It may be able to work
just fine with Mac OS versions prior to 10.2, I am not using any specific 10.2 features, but I
have not been able to test this. Regardless of what version you are running there is no danger to your
photos or iPhoto dictionary. It is only ever read from, never written to, so the worst that will happen is
that it wont work.
Purchase:
Image in a Hurry is $12 USD Shareware.
The unregistered version is not limited in any way,
but after a while will start to politely remind you to purchase it.
Download:
Image in a hurry does not work with iPhoto 4 (yet) and may not even be necessary due to the massive increase in speed in working with that version if iPhoto. So I'm currently working to add some other compelling features that will again make Image in a hurry a vital add on to iPhoto. Thanks!
